Where our information comes from
We work from the 2023 Housing Law, Decree 95/2024/ND-CP, the 2023 Real Estate Business Law and published analysis, dated on each guide. Laws and how each province applies them can change, so every decision needs a lawyer's view. We promise no returns or price growth.
